ABSTRACT:
This article examines the issue of cultivating patriotism and national identity among children and youth, with the aim of identifying key factors influencing this process. The study argues that a crucial driving force in fostering patriotic values and civic consciousness is the establishment and implementation of a comprehensive legal framework on defense education. The research focuses on the need to develop and institutionalize a Law on Defense Education, emphasizing its role in systematically integrating patriotic education, civic values, and national identity formation across all levels of the education system. It highlights that defense education serves as an effective mechanism for shaping responsible, law-abiding, and socially conscious citizens. Furthermore, the article underscores the importance of instilling respect for national heritage, cultural traditions, natural environment, and historical legacy, thereby nurturing an intellectually developed, morally grounded, and future-oriented generation capable of contributing meaningfully to national development and progress.

ТҮЛХҮҮР ҮГ: Батлан хамгаалах боловсрол, эх оронч үзэл.

ХУРААНГУЙ:
Энэхүү өгүүлэлд хүүхэд залууст эх оронч үзэл, хүмүүжлийг хэрхэн төлөвшүүлэх тухай асуудлыг хөндөж, түүний гаргалгааг тодорхойлохыг зорьсон бөгөөд эх оронч үзэл, хүмүүжлийг төлөвшүүлэхэд гол хүчин зүйл нь бие даасан “Батлан хамгаалах боловсролын тухай” хуультай болох асуудал гэж үзсэн. Судалгааны ажлын шинэлэг тал нь “Батлан хамгаалах боловсролын тухай” хуулийг боловсруулан батлуулах асуудлыг анх хөндөж, түүнд эх оронч үзэл, төлөвшүүлэх хичээлийн агуулгыг бүх түвшний боловсролын байгууллагын сургалтын хөтөлбөрт тусгах, мөн хүүхдийн төлөвшилд эцэг эхийн хайр, үр хүүхдээ хүмүүжүүлэх арга барил чухал үүрэгтэй байдаг тухай нотлохыг зорьсон нь юм. Хүүхэд залууст эх оронч үзэл төлөвшүүлэх эрх зүйн орчныг бүрдүүлж, хуульчилж өгснөөр эх орноо, соёл уламжлалаа, байгаль, эх дэлхийгээ хайрлан хамгаалах ухамсартай, сэтгэл зүрхтэй ирээдүй хойч үе маань өсөн өндийж, эх орныхоо хөгжил дэвшилд хувь нэмрээ оруулах чухал ач холбогдолтой болох талаар нотлохыг зорилоо.
