ABSTRACT:
Non-lethal bullets are less-lethal (or sometimes “non-lethal”) technology designed to temporarily incapacitate, intimidate, or stop movement, rather than killing, like standard firearms. “Non-lethal” does not mean completely safe, but is a type of weapon used by law enforcement agencies during public demonstrations to fire rubber-tipped bullets, which give the impression that the person hit is a live bullet, and the substance at the tip of the bullet is dispersed into the surrounding air within a radius of 5 meters, causing suffocation, unconsciousness, tears, and sneezing.
