ABSTRACT:
This article aims to share the researcher’s views and ideas on improving the military training system. The planning and organization of military training and preparation in the units and branches of the Armed Forces vary depending on composition of servicemen. While the objectives, principles, and methodologies of military training for units with professional personnel are consistent, those of units staffed by conscripts differ in their goals, principles, and training approaches.
