ABSTRACT:
The form, content, and nature of the current threat of aggression are changing. The competition and confrontation between great powers to maintain their global competitiveness is taking place in the form of “unconventional wars” and “combination wars” that are different in appearance, content, and nature from those of the past. These “unconventional wars” and “combination wars” are creating the basis for small and underdeveloped countries to face various challenges.
Based on the experience and lessons learned from countries affected by “unconventional wars” and “combination wars,” there is a need and a need to build and increase national defense and resistance capabilities. Since building national defense and resistance capabilities is a strategic, long-term, state and public participation, and a national-scale issue, there is a need and a need to direct research and analysis work to it. At the same time, the national defense and resilience capacity can only be achieved based on patriotism and education, so it is necessary to create a state policy and legal environment.
