ABSTRACT:
China’s foreign aid policy initially aimed to break away from isolation and join the international community, but since the beginning of the 21st century, it can be said that it has become more systematic and active in terms of policy approach and scope. In recent years, foreign academics and researchers have discussed the fact that China has set certain conditions in its foreign aid policy, such as political, indirect, derivative, and variable. Therefore, it is intended to investigate whether there are any conditions for the foreign aid provided by China to Mongolia, and to give an opinion on what to do in the future.
